I. Precise machinery: The self-designed high-precision three-dimensional mobile platform ensures precision measurement.

For example, the scale system uses British Renishaw''s open grating scales; XYZ three-axis rails use Japanese THK''s precision linear slides and precision transmission mechanisms. The independently developed Vispec measurement software has more than 30 powerful functions such as geometric extraction tools, primitive replication, multiple data output methods, multiple instrument control methods, integrated SPC functions, DXF drawing loading, automatic contour tracking, panoramic scanning, and drawing comparison to ensure high-precision, high-efficiency, and high-stability measurements.

IV. Optical design: It independently designs the three light source including surface light source, contour light source, and coaxial light source.

TZTEK automatic image measurement instrument has 6-ring & 8-zone annular surface light source. Each segment is controlled independently, with the brightness level up to Grade 256, and the incidence angle of each ring is different, ensuring that different lighting methods can be provided for different workpieces. Contour light illumination produces a strong contrast, which clearly gives the contour of workpieces. In addition to the surface light and the contour light, TZTEK automatic image measurement instrument is added with coaxial light illumination, so that it can be used to measure the depth of workpieces and the depth of blind holes, and allowing it to have a unique effect on the measurement of reflective and mirror workpieces and a strong auxiliary effect on the accuracy of crawling primitives.
